Ava was Mumbrella CommsCon PR Leader of the Year in 2016 and 2017 and is skilled at building brands and developing story platforms that engage across earned and owned media channels. She has worked in Europe, China, Africa and Asia Pacific, managing several global agency brands including Weber Shandwick, Text100 and AUGUST.ONE. Ava is known for talent acquisition and development skills, territory expansion and delivering profitable agency growth. Ava has strong experience across the healthcare, finance, technology, retail, travel and consumer sectors.

Tim thrives on creating environments where talented people can do their best work. He is an experienced global agency leader, having worked in Europe, Asia and Australia to bring ideas, people and big campaigns to life. He helped transform the FCB Sydney agency, delivering the Nike Sydney Olympics campaign. He re-ignited Australia’s passion for football - that’s soccer to the Aussies - as CEO of Sydney FC for the inaugural season of the Hyundai A League. He’s been a Director of too many agencies to mention, and one of his proudest achievements was leading the Clemenger Group Graduate Program, which has now helped more than 100 young people launch a marketing communications career.

Andy brings global knowledge of the artful skills of finance, business and negotiation. He’s held Chief Finance Officer roles for global advertising, communications and consulting groups within Publicis.Sapient, Publicis Healthcare, WPP, George Patterson Bates and PwC. His board-level knowledge of all matters commercial makes him the perfect conductor of creativity and innovation, and his favourite phrase is “and how are we going to make money out of that?” His understanding of business drivers and metrics, due diligence and compliance - as well as his ability to bring an understanding of commercial matters to non-financial people make him one of the best mentors in the office.

She has worked in publishing and market research, leading creative teams to deliver content that creates business results. She’s edited consumer titles like Kidspot.com.au and Choice.com.au, creating social media, video and content that drives engagement and emotional connection. As a data science nerd, she knows that creativity is what makes people pay attention, but data delivers the insights that inspire innovation and new thinking.

LOVE BOMB FURRIES
I’m Rocket, the Golden Retriever. I try to keep Molly, the Maltese-Poodle in line, mentoring her to keep office people happy with tail wags and the occasional friendly bark. Molly’s only four, she doesn’t realise how important it is to lie on a cushion and loll about commanding adoring gazes from those around you. Sheesh. She’s always clicking her paws on the floorboards as she struts from chair to chair, looking up through long eyelashes and imploring our two-legged consultants to straighten out their laps so she can leap upon them and demand an ear rub. Listen up, Mol, embrace the possibility of chilled glances and the deep doggy exhale. It works for me.
