What possibilities have you turned into reality?
I am ever the optimist and can always see that people want to learn and deliver more than they are capable of today. I think turning companies around from being loss makers to profit-creators is the greatest thing you can achieve in business. This can’t be done without mentoring the right people and developing teams who work well together. I’m also really proud of delivering business-building work for clients like Nike, Bupa, KFC, Shell, Perpetual Investments, Starbucks, Red Rooster and Northern Territory Tourism.
What is your favourite quote?
People, planet or profits? Can you choose one over the other?
In business, no. At least as far as I’m concerned. If it ignores social impacts then the profit motive is a recipe for misery, but real life says that commercial imperatives need to be understood, and that worthwhile work is a key source of personal happiness. That’s what we want to enable with The Possibility Partnership.
